Refund policy

At U-Digital Marketplace, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, because we sell digital products that are instantly accessible after purchase, our refund policy is different from traditional product returns. Please read carefully.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted if:

  • You do not have the required software, skills, or system to use the product.
  • The item was downloaded and used but does not meet your expectations.
  • The issue arises from incompatibility caused by your system or setup.
  • You request a refund after extended use of the product.

4. Subscription Refunds

  • Monthly Subscriptions: Refunds are not available once the subscription has been billed. You may cancel anytime to stop future billing.
  • Annual Subscriptions: Refunds may be requested within 7 days of purchase, provided no downloads have been made. After that, subscriptions are non-refundable.

5. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund:

  • Provide your order ID, product name, and reason for the request.
  • We will review your request and respond within 5โ€“7 business days.

6. Vendor Refund Responsibility

  • Vendors/authors must cooperate with U-Digital Marketplace to resolve disputes.
  • If a product is proven defective or misrepresented, vendors may be required to fix the issue or issue a refund.
  • U-Digital Marketplace reserves the right to make the final decision in refund disputes.

7. Chargebacks

  • If a buyer initiates a chargeback without contacting us first, their account may be suspended.
  • Fraudulent chargebacks will be contested with evidence.

8. Policy Updates
